- Terms and Conditions: The owner reserves the right to refuse booking requests; bookings will be confirmed via email and all bookings are subject to the following conditions: Strictly NO smoking inside the chalet – The owner asks that you only smoke outside please, there is a terrace.
- All members of the party are advised to take out adequate holiday insurance to cover all eventualities such as terminations, accidents, loss, sickness, damage etc. All matters arising with regard to loss or injury should be directed to the respective insurance company. Guests are reminded to exercise care as to the personal safety of themselves and all party members. Whenever possible valuables should be left secure and out of sight. Shut and lock all windows and your bedroom door when leaving the property for any period of time.
- The Owner or Owner’s agents do not accept any liability whatsoever for death, personal injury, accidents, loss from the chalet, loss or damage to person(s) or personal effects however caused whilst staying in or about the rental property.
- The Owner does not accept any liability for any injury, however caused, as a result of the use of the hot tub or other equipment in the chalet. Guests, especially parents of small children, are asked to take special care. It is recommended children under 7 are not permitted to use the hot tub. Use of the hot tub by children over 7 must supervised by an adult at all times.
- Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of descriptions concerning the property and services. However, the owner reserves the right to change without notice fixtures, fittings and general decor as part of on-going development and maintenance of the property. Also the owner cannot be held responsible for any errors, omissions and changes beyond their control.
- The owner asks that you treat the chalet with care and respect. Please bring some soft shoes to wear in the interior of the property.
- Where relevant, the outstanding balance of your total rental cost (70%) shown on your booking form is to be paid in full at least 8 weeks prior to your arrival. Failure to pay this balance by the date due will result in your booking being cancelled and loss of deposit. The owner will have the right to re-let the property. Bookings that are made within eight weeks of arrival are payable in full at the time of the booking. The Owner reserves the right to terminate the booking if payment is not received by the due date. Reservation will be secured and confirmed on receipt of cleared deposit payment /payment in full (late bookings. Payment confirms your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
